Forum Rules Integrated Add-Ons

For questions and issues dealing with add-ons that were later integrated into the phpCOIN base-code, such as the IPN and WYSIWYG add-ons. The error is clear.....

It is possible that I mis-named a table when I re-did the db calls to eliminate the need to "hack" phpCOIN source-code when installing IPN

In ipn_admin.php function do_display_log() are two database SELECT lines
CODE

$query = 'SELECT * FROM ' . $_DBCFG['table_prefix'].'ipn';
.....
$query_ttl = 'SELECT COUNT(*) FROM '.$_DBCFG['table_prefix'].'ipn'.$where;

Both of these need to have the database name changed from ipn to ipn_log
CODE

$query = 'SELECT * FROM ' . $_DBCFG['table_prefix'].'ipn_log';
.....
$query_ttl = 'SELECT COUNT(*) FROM '.$_DBCFG['table_prefix'].'ipn_log'.$where;

I have also updated the zip on the cpdemo site.

I triple-checked the rest of the database calls in the mod, and they all appear to be correct so this should be your last error. As soon as this mod works properly for you, I will release it for everyone smile.gif

Please do not email or PM me with a question:
1: I handle over a thousand emails a day, so chances are yours would be buried in the pile.
2: All questions will only be answered in the support forums, so the answers will be useful to others.

Help will be given to install/configure/use phpCOIN, but not programming help to modify phpCOIN operations. If you are competent enough to make programming changes, you should be competent enough to read the source code and figure things out :)

If you are trying to integrate posted sample code into your website, please take into account any changes in phpCOIN made after the code sample was posted. It is discouraging to spend hours answering questions or trying to track down an issue only to find that the user has a version of phpCOIN that makes the sample irrelevant

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You make it!!

When executing:

mod.php?mod=ipn

I get the sum up table with the IPN transaction with not errors.

When executing:

mod.php?mod=ipn&mode=test

Test get processes BUT only one thing: In the middle or the sql report (as the one I pasted before) appears a buttom saying back to client. Whe I click that buttom I don't go anywhere, just a blank page. I supose this is not important but I think you may want ot have a look before releasing the final version. If you amend this please let me know and I will change the files as necessary.

BTW, I didn't unload again the module, just edited the file ipn_admin.php as you say. I just want you to know.

Thanks for all.

That is because the mod uses the "do_mail_invoice() function built-in to phpCOIN to actually email the invoice/payment, and that function does need the button and it uses $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] to calculate the URL. I changed the IPN mod to parse the return from the function and replace the URL to IPN with the correct URL for the button to work.

I also made a few other code cleanups and simplifications. I will be posting it on the phpCOIN downloads page later tonight, and simplifying the instructions on the docs site (again).
