Could someone please explain how this works in a way I can understand it. I have read the docs on both sites phpcoin and JAM. I have scoured both forums and something is just not clicking "literally"!

I have set this up between JAM Paypal and PHPcoin and I can track my affiliate sales.

But I just cannot see how this is done with a bank transfer.

This is my bank paylink:

<form method="POST" action="mod.php">
<input type="hidden" name="mod" value="orders">
<input type="hidden" name="mode" value="return">
<input type="hidden" name="transfer" value="1">
<input type="hidden" name="item_name" value="<prod_desc>">
<input type="hidden" name="item_number" value="<prod_id>">
<input type="hidden" name="currency_code" value="EUR">
<input type="hidden" name="amount" value="<total_amt>">
<input type="submit" value="confirm" name="confirm">
</form>

<form method="POST" action="mod.php">
<input type="hidden" name="mod" value="orders">
<input type="hidden" name="mode" value="return">
<input type="hidden" name="transfer" value="0">
<input type="submit" value="Cancel" name="cancel">
</form>

But how do I get JAM to track the commision and how do I match the commission in JAM to the invoice in PHPcoin?

Can anyone explain this so I can see it please?

You are POSTing directly to the phpCOIN orders module.

To let JAM know, you would have to let JAM know.
Use the phpCOIN API functions, and call some custom code you write to update JAM. Probably could use the PayPal JAM code as a basis

Please do not email or PM me with a question:
1: I handle over a thousand emails a day, so chances are yours would be buried in the pile.
2: All questions will only be answered in the support forums, so the answers will be useful to others.

Help will be given to install/configure/use phpCOIN, but not programming help to modify phpCOIN operations. If you are competent enough to make programming changes, you should be competent enough to read the source code and figure things out :)

If you are trying to integrate posted sample code into your website, please take into account any changes in phpCOIN made after the code sample was posted. It is discouraging to spend hours answering questions or trying to track down an issue only to find that the user has a version of phpCOIN that makes the sample irrelevant

I did not realise that I would be this involved with programming to get this thing set up. You are talking about stuff that I am not that familiar with as though I should be.

I thought setting up phpcoin and getting JAM to work with it would have been a lot easier than this.

As I said in anthother post I turned on all API's and nothing worked.

Getting this set up to work is like trying to catch a greasy pig.

Thanks

Mike

We don't use JAM

We don't code JAM

We didn't supply the integration module for JAM

If you want to use JAM - either get help from their developers or the contributor of the JAM add-on - any help offered in this forum would only be of a very general nature and you would be expected to write your own code based on the pointers cantex gives you.
